Domestic Orders (Contiguous US)

US orders ship from Carson, California.

Our warehouse processes online orders between Monday and Friday. 

Generally, orders received before 12:30pm (Pacific Time) on a business day will most likely be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:30pm (Pacific Time) will not be processed until the following business day. Orders placed after 12:30pm (Pacific Time) on Friday or over the weekend will be processed the next business day (which is usually a Monday).

Orders placed with Economy shipping will be delivered Monday-Saturday and usually have a transit time of 2-10 days depending on shipping carrier and shipping location. Orders placed with 2-Day shipping will be delivered Monday-Friday and usually have a transit time of 3-4 business days. Orders placed with Overnight Shipping will be delivered Monday-Friday and usually have a transit time of 2-3 business days. (Weekend delivery is not available including Overnight and 2-Day Shipping). Shipping costs are dependent upon the size and weight of the package. 

Please be mindful of shipping carriers being closed during holidays and on select days, and the volume of orders received increases and extends time in transit. Weather conditions may affect transit times as well.

A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. 

 

Free Shipping Exclusions 

Certain orders are not eligible for free shipping. Exclusions include:

  • Alaska, Hawaii, and off-shore U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico
  • APO/DPO/FPO and PO Box addresses
  • International orders
  • Wholesale orders

Please note that due to an automatic ordering system, order modifications are no longer possible once your order has been placed online. As soon as your order is shipped out, you will receive a tracking email that will enable you to track your package.

International Orders

  • USPS Priority Mail International takes 6-10 business days and time to pass through customs.*
  • USPS Priority Mail Express International takes 3-5 business days and time to pass through customs.*
  • FedEx International Economy takes 3-5 business days and time to pass through customs.*

On international orders, the recipient is responsible for payment of applicable duties, taxes and other fees imposed by the buyer's country. Gift orders may be assessed duty depending on the country. Please contact your customs office for information on duties, taxes and restricted items.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Russia, Iran and Syria at this time.

  

Missing Orders

If your tracking number shows “delivered”, but you have not received it, please reach out to our Customer Care Team within 5 days ([email protected] or call 1-877-MANDUKA), so that we can open an investigation with the shipping carrier to try to locate your order. Manduka is not responsible for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages. If your order is lost, we will work to find a suitable solution.
